Triune provided excellent management and above average work in the construction of the MRI Addition. This job was especially difficult in the normal demands of constructing a MRI facility along with the major modification in changing the structure design from a research facility to a clinical facility when the project was already 50% into the project. Triune made a point to communicate well with the project staff and AE staffs. They were proactive in many aspects of their work to avoid delays. Their early actions helped to keep the project inline and avoid delays and additional expenditure. Triune was great to work with and would have no problem working with them again.

The City of Dallas authorized a general construction contract with Triune for the renovation of the Moorland Building as the future home of the Dallas Black Dance Theater.  Triune diligently provided construction services and delivered the project on time and within budget limitations, in spite of many unforeseen conditions and Owner-initiated changes.  At times during construction, multiple shifts and weekend work were utilized to stay on schedule without any change order request.  This was a difficult project with many challenges, and Triune made reasonable efforts to satisfy Owner objectives in the completion of the work.
