PRECONSTRUCTION

Join Triune in our preconstruction department and you may work as an Estimator, Senior Estimator, or chief estimator. In all of these positions you will be exposed to a broad range of projects and experience numerous challenging work opportunities with little delay. Triune estimators are self-motivated individuals who are always willing to learn, explore and evolve. Throughout the course of their employment with us, they will develop the skills to completely plan, sequence, and value a wide variety of construction project types.

OPERATIONS
Operations employees at Triune are closely connected to the day-to-day progress of our projects and the success of our customers—overseeing work performance and production of craft employees on the job, scheduling, coordinating, supervising other field workers, and, acting as a liaison with other departments as a Supervisor to make sure things are running on time and on budget. Field engineers require technical training and/or experience in field engineering and/or surveying, a working knowledge of a variety of construction disciplines, and an ability to supervise others to be a good candidate for employment. Superintendents must possess all of the above qualities, but also have an advanced understanding of construction scheduling, cost control, and the ability to control and supervise large groups of employees.

FUTURE CONSTRUCTION PROFESSIONALS
If you are a student enrolled in your school’s co-op program, you may be a candidate for Triunes Co-Operative Education program. Preferred fields of study include Engineering and Building Construction. Triune also offers internships for students already enrolled in Engineering or Building Construction disciplines. Available on single term and part-time bases, interning at Triune affords you the chance to both attend school and gain practical, hands-on experience in areas, such as:

  • Project Management
  • Field Engineering
  • Cost Estimating.
