The Real, Relevant and Transparent Version
Vince Fudzie was raised in a West Oakland, Calif. neighborhood, riddled with drugs, violence and prostitution; where he lived with his mother and three sisters. Vince is a product of an environment that included a deteriorating public school system. Despite the fact that he was considered for special education in the second grade because of his inability to read, he went on to excel in school. And, with perseverance, Vince entered the University of Washington on a football scholarship. Although Vince struggled with many of the typical college issues, he quickly learned to manage the dual role of student and major college athlete. Vince went on to receive a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Washington and an M.B.A. from the University of Michigan. Based on lessons learned from his undergraduate experiences, Vince went on to author two best-selling life skills books, The Sport of Learning and Your Brain is a Muscle Too!

Vince’s construction industry experience began when he was a business assurance consultant with Deloitte & Touches’ Real Estate Construction Group. After earning an M.B.A., Vince returned to the construction arena as a consultant in the Business Turnaround Unit of PricewaterhouseCoopers. There, he developed and analyzed operational reconstruction and business plans for distressed commercial and residential construction firms.

In 1998, Vince set out to create a company incorporating the best practices of the myriad clients he served. It would be grounded on principles that achieve superior customer satisfaction while maximizing value for all. Convinced that a Relationship Oriented Approach (ROA) to construction would result in higher quality for clients and more enjoyable experiences for the company, he founded TMV L.L.C., known as Triune. As a result of Vince’s leadership and financial acumen, Triune has grown to be a vibrant and fiscally stable competitor in the markets it serves.
